星巴克企业管理(中国)有限公司(以下简称“星巴克中国”)及其关联公司(以下统称“星巴克”或“我们”)非常重视您的隐私和个人信息保护。
在您购买和/或使用星巴克在中国大陆地区提供的产品和/或服务,浏览和/或使用星巴克在线服务,及参与星享俱乐部活动和/或星巴克在中国大陆地区开展的其他活动(以下统称“星巴克产品和/或服务”)时,我们可能会处理您的个人信息。
我们希望通过本隐私权政策(以下简称“本政策”)向您说明:我们会收集您的哪些个人信息,如何处理这些个人信息,以及我们为您提供的行使您的信息权利的方式。我们也希望本政策可以帮助您决定是否向我们提供您的个人信息。
星巴克收集您的哪些个人信息?
为了向您提供星巴克产品和/或服务的基本功能,例如星巴克App和星巴克微信小程序上的订餐服务和网上购物等,我们需要处理您的必要的个人信息,如您拒绝提供前述必要信息,您将无法正常使用星巴克产品和/或服务的基本功能。对于您可选填或选择提供的个人信息,如您拒绝提供,我们可能无法向您提供依赖该等信息的部分特定功能,但并不会影响您正常使用星巴克产品和/或服务的基本功能。
星巴克会在以下提供星巴克产品和/或服务的场景中收集您的个人信息。对于其中可能涉及的敏感个人信息,我们以加粗、加下划线的方式提醒您注意。如您提供的个人信息非本人信息,您应确保您已获得该人的授权同意。
如果星巴克需在本政策未列明的场景中收集您的个人信息,则我们将另行向您说明该等场景所适用的个人信息处理规则;同时,该等个人信息处理规则中未明确说明的事项,会适用本政策的规定。
星巴克中国官网
当您浏览星巴克中国官网时,为了向您展示我们的产品和/或服务,我们会收集您的设备服务日志信息,包括:IP地址、您的互联网服务提供商的信息、您使用服务的设备的相关信息(所使用的浏览器类型、操作系统信息)、您的浏览信息(将您链接至星巴克中国官网的网址、您在星巴克中国官网上所访问网页的URL以及所浏览或使用的具体服务和功能)、使用的语言、访问日期和时间。
为实现相关业务功能且向您提供更便捷、更优质的星巴克产品和/或服务,我们会向您申请开启如下权限。

星巴克App
1、 直接在星巴克App上注册星享俱乐部账户。当您通过星巴克App注册星享俱乐部账户时,您需要填写您的移动电话号码以完成注册。注册成功后您还可以选择填写您的昵称、生日、性别和电子邮箱。如您选择不填写该等选填信息,不会影响您注册星享俱乐部账户,但是可能影响您的星享俱乐部会员体验及您根据《星享俱乐部活动的条款和条件》的规定可以享受的相关福利和优惠,例如:如您选择不填写生日,则当您成为玉星级和金星级会员后将无法在账户周年复审日获赠免费的生日饮品券;如您选择不填写电子邮箱,则您将无法收到我们通过电子邮件发送的各类通知。
2、 通过第三方平台账号在星巴克App上注册星享俱乐部账户。当您使用您在第三方平台(例如淘宝、支付宝、微信)上已注册的账号注册星享俱乐部账户时,我们会在获得您授权同意的前提下,从该第三方平台处获得您的信息以便您完成注册,我们所收集的信息类型取决于该等第三方平台的设置,具体涉及您在该等第三方平台账号下所保存的用户名、头像、该第三方平台的用户标识、生日、移动电话号码、性别、所在地区;当您使用Apple ID注册星享俱乐部账户时,我们将获得您在Apple ID下所保存的姓名和电子邮箱。如果以上信息有部分缺失,我们可能会按照上述直接注册的情形向您补充收集信息。如果您选择不授权,您仍可以通过星巴克App直接注册星享俱乐部账户。
3、 在星巴克App上将星享俱乐部账户与第三方平台账号进行绑定。如果您已经注册了星享俱乐部账户,并有意将您在第三方平台(例如淘宝、支付宝、微信)上已注册的账号与您的星享俱乐部账户进行绑定,我们会在获得您授权同意的前提下,从该第三方平台获得您在该等第三方平台账号下所保存的用户名、头像、该第三方平台的用户标识、生日、移动电话号码、性别、所在地区;如您将Apple ID与您的星享俱乐部账户进行绑定,则我们将获得您在Apple ID下所保存的姓名和电子邮箱。您不进行绑定不会影响您的星享俱乐部会员身份,但您在该第三方平台上消费的星巴克产品和/或服务将无法在星享俱乐部账户中累积星星。
4、 浏览和使用星巴克App。当您浏览、使用星巴克App时,我们会向您收集您的设备服务日志信息,包括:IP地址、您互联网服务提供商的信息、操作系统信息、App版本信息、将您链接至星巴克App的链接、所访问网页的URL以及所浏览或使用的具体服务和功能、使用的语言、访问日期和时间,以及相关设备信息(包括应用安装列表和IDFV)。此外,星巴克App中内嵌的SDK也会收集相关设备信息,其收集情况请详见本政策附件一 第三方SDK说明。
5、 在星巴克App上使用星巴克专星送线上订餐服务。您在星巴克App上通过星巴克专星送线上订餐时,我们会收集您或您指定的收件人的姓名、移动电话号码、送餐地址、订单信息和您的星礼卡的使用信息,以及您的精准地理位置信息(在您授权同意的前提下)。
6、 在星巴克App上使用啡快线上订餐服务。您在星巴克App上使用啡快线上订餐服务时,我们会收集您的订单信息、制作门店和您的星礼卡的使用信息,以及您的精准地理位置信息(在您授权同意的前提下)。
7、 在星巴克App上的咖啡生活馆购买星巴克产品。当您通过星巴克App上的咖啡生活馆购买星巴克产品时,我们会收集您或您指定的收件人的姓名、移动电话号码、送货地址、订单信息和您的星礼卡的使用信息,以及您的精准地理位置信息(在您授权同意的前提下)。
8、 在星巴克App上购买或接受卡券或其他商品。当您购买和/或接受了预付卡券,我们会收集您所购买和/或接受的卡券名称、您购买和/或接受卡券的日期、您的卡券使用信息和您的用户名。
9、 在星巴克App上开具发票。您向星巴克申请开具发票时,我们会收集您填写的发票抬头、电子邮箱和其他选填信息(包括手机号、地址、电话、开户行和开户行账号)。
10、 在星巴克App上使用特定功能或体验特定效果。当您使用星巴克App中的特定功能或体验特定效果时,我们会收集您的相关设备传感器信息。我们仅会在必要的特定场景中收集您的传感器信息,且不同场景下的传感器信息类型可能不同:(1)您参与我们的互动活动且快速扫描识别目标物体时,我们会收集您的加速度传感器信息;(2)您需要快速打开星享俱乐部会员二维码而摇晃设备时,我们会收集您的陀螺仪传感器信息(仅星巴克App iOS版收集)和加速度传感器信息;(3)您需要体验特定动画效果而摇晃设备时,我们会收集您的陀螺仪传感器信息(仅星巴克App iOS版收集)、旋转矢量传感器信息和磁场传感器信息(仅星巴克App Android版收集),以及加速度传感器信息;以及(4)您需要将播放的视频进行横竖屏切换时,我们会收集您的加速度传感器信息(仅星巴克App Android版收集)。
为实现相关业务功能且向您提供更便捷、更优质的星巴克产品和/或服务,我们会向您申请开启如下权限。

2、 留言和沟通。您在星巴克微信公众号和视频号向我们发送消息和/或留言时,我们会收集您向我们发送的文字、语音、图片和/或视频内容(其中可能包含您的个人信息)。
3、 求职。您可以在星巴克微信公众号上,通过登录第三方招聘平台的账户(例如前程无忧、领英、求职工作街)投递简历,我们将通过第三方招聘平台获得包含您个人信息的简历。您可以授权我们访问您的地理位置,以查看离您最近的求职机会。
4、 进入微信视频号直播间。当您进入我们的微信视频号直播间时,我们会收集您的视频号昵称。
星巴克企业微信群和企业微信号
1、 加入星巴克企业微信群或添加星巴克企业微信号为好友。您加入星巴克企业微信群或添加星巴克企业微信号为好友时,我们将通过企业微信平台获得您的企业微信用户ID(即External UserID)、UnionID、昵称、群内备注的昵称。
2、 留言和沟通。您在星巴克企业微信群向我们发送消息和/或留言时,以及与星巴克企业微信号进行沟通时,我们会收集您向我们发送的文字、语音、图片和/或视频内容(其中可能包含您的个人信息)。
星巴克微信小程序
1、 登录星巴克微信小程序。当您打开星巴克微信小程序时,我们会收集您的OpenID。如您已有星享俱乐部账户,您可以通过授权我们收集您的微信头像、昵称并验证所绑定的手机号码后完成登录。
2、 通过星巴克微信小程序注册星享俱乐部账户。当您通过星巴克微信小程序注册星享俱乐部账户时,您需要填写您的移动电话号码和昵称以完成注册。注册成功后您还可以选择填写您的生日、性别和电子邮箱。如您选择不填写该等选填信息,不会影响您使用星享俱乐部账户,但是可能影响您的星享俱乐部会员体验及您根据《星享俱乐部活动的条款和条件》的规定可以享受的相关福利和优惠,例如:如您选择不填写生日,则当您成为玉星级和金星级会员后将无法在账户周年复审日获赠免费的生日饮品券;如您选择不填写电子邮箱,则您将无法收到我们通过电子邮件发送的各类通知。

5、 通过星巴克微信小程序使用啡快线上订餐服务。您在星巴克微信小程序使用啡快线上订餐服务时,我们会收集您的订单信息、制作门店和您的星礼卡的使用信息,以及您的精准地理位置信息(在您授权同意的前提下)。
6、 通过星巴克微信小程序使用省心购服务。您在星巴克微信小程序使用省心购服务时,我们会收集您购买的星礼包的名称、金额和日期。
7、 在星巴克微信小程序上的咖啡生活馆购买星巴克产品。当您通过星巴克微信小程序上的咖啡生活馆购买星巴克产品时,我们会收集您的订单信息以及您的精准地理位置信息(在您授权同意的前提下)。

2、留言和沟通。您在星巴克支付宝生活号向我们发送消息和/或留言时,我们会收集您向我们发送的文字、语音、图片和/或视频内容(其中可能包含您的个人信息)。
其他第三方线上平台服务
当您通过与我们合作的第三方线上平台(例如:天猫、京东、抖音、饿了么/口碑、美团、高德地图以及其他平台)上的星巴克相关店铺购买和/或接受星巴克产品和/或服务时,我们会按照第三方线上平台的相关政策收集您的个人信息。我们所收集的个人信息类型取决于您购买和/或接受的星巴克产品和/或服务种类以及特定第三方线上平台的设置,具体涉及您或者您指定的收件人的姓名、地址、联系方式以及相关订单信息。
星巴克门店
您通过星巴克门店或星巴克指定的其他线下渠道购买和/或使用星巴克产品和/或服务时,如果使用了您的星享卡和/或星礼卡,我们将会记录您的订单信息。
其他
1、 参与调查。如果您参与了顾客调查或与我们以其他各种方式互动,经过您的同意,我们会向您收集您的相关信息,收集的类型与调查的内容或互动目的、方式相关,其中可能包含您的个人信息。
2、 参加活动。如果您参加我们举办或开展的特定活动,经过您的同意,我们会向您收集您与该等活动相关的信息(例如为参加星享俱乐部会员活动而提供的信息或为向您寄送礼品而收集的收件人和邮寄地址信息)。
3、 客服沟通。如果您与我们的客服联系,向我们咨询有关购买、使用星巴克产品和/或服务的事宜,或向我们提出售后服务或争议纠纷处理等需求时,您可能需要提供必要的个人信息,以便我们能尽快解答或解决您的问题,我们也会对客服沟通记录进行必要的留存。
4、 求职事宜。如果您希望申请星巴克的工作机会,您需要向我们提交您的简历,简历中将包含您的个人信息,以便我们能了解您的个人背景、与您联系并完成招聘相关的流程。
我们如何处理您的个人信息?
星巴克仅就本政策中载明的目的,处理所收集的您的个人信息,包括如下:
(1) 接受和处理您的订单和付款并交付相应星巴克产品和/或服务;
(2) 处理和分析您购买、使用的星巴克产品和/或服务的信息和消费行为,以向您提供个性化的内容展示和推荐;
(3) 经过您的同意,与您联系并获取您对星巴克产品和/或服务的意见;
(4) 处理您就星巴克产品和/或服务提出的查询、疑问,回应或与您进行交流;
(5) 对您访问星巴克在线服务的情况进行分析和数据统计;
(6) 如果您已向我们提供了您的个人资料或已在线提交了您的简历,与您就有关星巴克的工作机会、具体职位等情况进行交流和管理;
(7) 出于维护您的星享俱乐部账户安全或其他合理的目的(例如当您需要重置您的星享俱乐部账户密码时),核实您的身份和更新我们的记录;
(8) 经过您的同意,星巴克及供应商通过您提供的电子邮箱或其他联系方式,向您发送与品牌、产品、活动、促销计划相关的通信,与您就这些通信和通信相关的事项进行交流;
(9) 根据您的要求和您提供的有关信息,为您开具发票;以及
(10) 根据您的选择,帮助您使用您在第三方平台上已注册的账号以及该账号下所保存的个人信息注册星享俱乐部账户,或者在您已经注册了星享俱乐部账户的前提下,将在第三方平台上已注册的账号与您的星享俱乐部账户进行绑定;或帮助您创建星享俱乐部账户。
若星巴克有需要将您的个人信息用于本政策未载明的其他目的或用途时,星巴克会在使用和处理您的个人信息前另行征求您的同意(但法律法规另有不同规定的情形除外)。

我们可能使用Cookies、网站信标等类似技术来收集星巴克中国官网和/或星巴克App的使用信息。

信息转移
未经您的事先同意,星巴克不会向第三方转移我们收集到的您的个人信息,但如星巴克因其它原因参与到兼并、收购、资产出售或重组中,星巴克可向参与上述交易的当事方转移您的个人信息。如果此类事件发生,我们会要求受让并持有您个人信息的交易当事方继续受本政策的约束。在转让您的个人信息之前,我们将向您发送适当的通知,告知您接收方的名称或者姓名和联系方式,并确保您的个人信息将以符合本政策的方式得到保护。接收方变更处理目的、处理方式的,我们将会要求相关数据接收方再次获得您的同意。
信息披露
如果我们认为,为应对突发公共卫生事件,或者紧急情况下为保护星巴克顾客、公众或星巴克员工的生命健康和财产安全所必需,有必要披露您的个人信息,我们将在适用的法律、法规允许的范围内,披露您的个人信息。
未成年人保护
星巴克重视并致力于保护18周岁以下未成年人(以下简称“未成年人”)的隐私,并且无意收集未成年人的个人信息,但是由于生日并不是用户使用星巴克产品和/或服务所必须提供的信息,在某些情况下,我们无法识别用户的年龄。因此,未成年人请不要注册账户(包括星享俱乐部账户)或向我们提供自己的姓名、联系地址、电话等个人信息。
星享俱乐部会员将收到哪些通信?
如果您是星享俱乐部会员,为了保证星享俱乐部活动的正常运营并保护您在星享卡和星享俱乐部账户项下的权益,我们会发送给您关于您的星享卡、星享俱乐部账户和/或仅针对星享俱乐部会员的通信(详情请见《星享俱乐部活动的条款和条件》)(以下简称“星享俱乐部通信”)。如果您拒绝接收此等通信,根据您在注册星享俱乐部账户时同意的条款和条件,请您向星巴克申请终止该星享俱乐部账户。
如果您是星享俱乐部会员,您有权通过星巴克中国官网或星巴克App自行选择是否接收星巴克或星巴克的供应商向您所提供的联系方式发送的、除星享俱乐部通信以外的其他通信(包括与星巴克产品和/或服务有关的促销信息)。
如果您不希望收到该等其他通信,请通过星巴克中国官网或星巴克App,登录您的星享俱乐部账户,进入相关网页来相应设置您的“通信订阅选择”。对于星巴克中国官网,请在“我的账户”-“管理我的账户”-“设置”页面进行管理。对于星巴克App,请在“我的”-“设置”-“消息与隐私”-“订阅通信”页面选择是否关闭“订阅通信”以管理与星享好礼或新的优惠活动有关的通知。关闭该等通知后,您将不会再收到星享好礼或优惠活动的通知,但您仍可以收到星享俱乐部通信,以保障您的相关权益。
您如何自主管理个性化推送
为了向您提供更便捷、更优质并更符合您的需求的服务,我们会基于您的个人信息,通过算法来实现在星巴克产品和/或服务中为您提供个性化的内容展示和相关产品、服务或活动的推荐(例如:在星巴克App的开屏页面、首页弹窗、首页顶部内容展示位,以及“星礼点亮每天”、“星消息”等栏目基于您的偏好所做的推荐,以及通过短信和站内推送为您提供的优惠券和其他活动信息,以下简称“个性化推送”)。
在实现上述个性化推送的过程中,我们可能会根据您购买、使用的星巴克产品和/或服务的信息和消费行为,包括您的星享俱乐部会员信息、星享俱乐部账户中的消费信息,以及您使用星巴克产品和/或服务的其他相关信息(例如浏览历史),通过信息系统、算法等进行综合统计、分析并了解您的偏好特征,最终实现基于您偏好特征的个性化推送效果。
您可以对个性化推送进行自主管理。若您不希望接收到该等个性化推送,请在星巴克App的“我的”-“设置”-“消息与隐私”-“个性化设置”页面点击关闭“个性化推荐”按钮即可进行管理。关闭“个性化推送”功能后,我们将不会在星巴克App内的相关页面或栏目基于您的偏好为您展示个性化的内容和推荐,而仅会在该等页面或栏目向您推送具有普遍性的内容或推荐。
您如何查询和/或修改自己的个人信息?
您可按照下述指引查询和修改个人信息。
星巴克中国官网:“我的账户”-“管理我的账户”页面可查询或修改您的个人信息。
星巴克App:“我的”-点击头像可查询或修改您的个人信息。
星巴克微信小程序:“我的”页面可查询或修改地址和发票抬头,及查询其他您注册的个人信息。
您可以在注册星享俱乐部账户完成后补充填写生日。为保证您根据《星享俱乐部活动的条款和条件》的规定可享受的相关福利和优惠,您提交的生日信息将无法进行修改。
在星巴克中国官网和星巴克App上,星享俱乐部会员可修改账户的用户名,但仅限修改一次。
对于您参加的其他星巴克活动,可查询、修改的信息以及查询、修改的方式以您参与该星巴克活动时同意的条款和条件的规定为准。
您如何复制您的个人信息?
您有权获取您的个人信息副本。如您需要获取我们收集的您的个人信息副本,您可以在星巴克App的“我的”-“设置”-“消息与隐私”-“个人信息下载”页面获取,也可以随时通过点击星巴克App“我的客服”的方式,或通过本政策“问题和反馈”部分列明的联系方式联系我们。在符合相关法律规定且技术可行的前提下,我们将根据您的要求向您提供您的个人信息副本。
您如何删除自己的个人信息或注销账户?
您有权在下列情形下要求删除您的个人信息:(1)我们不再向您提供产品或服务;(2)我们没有合法基础收集您的个人信息,或您撤回同意;(3)我们违反与您的约定处理您的个人信息;(4)您注销账户;(5)我们在收集或使用个人信息时违反了法律法规的规定。您可以通过点击星巴克App“我的客服”的方式,或通过本政策“问题和反馈”部分列明的联系方式联系我们,在客服的帮助下删除您的信息。
如您希望注销星享俱乐部账户,您可以通过星巴克App的“我的”-“设置”-“账户与安全”页面,点击“账户注销”按钮并提交账户注销申请,您也可以通过本政策“问题和反馈”部分列明的联系方式联系我们,在客服的帮助下注销您的账户。您注销账户后,我们将删除或匿名化您的个人信息,除非适用的法律、法规另有要求。
您如何撤回您的同意?
对于我们基于您的同意所收集的您的个人信息,您可以随时给予或撤回您的授权同意。您可以通过删除信息、关闭设备功能等方式变更您授权我们继续收集您个人信息的范围或撤回您的授权,或者通过本政策“问题和反馈”部分列明的联系方式联系我们做此操作。您也可以通过注销账户的方式,撤回我们继续收集您个人信息的全部授权。但请注意,对于部分类型的个人信息,例如为实现星巴克产品和/或服务的基本功能所必需的信息或者我们履行适用法律法规规定的义务所必需的信息,我们可能无法响应您撤回同意或授权的请求。除该等我们无法响应的情况以外,当您撤回同意或授权后,我们将不再处理相应的个人信息,但您撤回同意或授权的决定,不会影响我们此前基于您的同意或授权已进行的个人信息处理活动。

我们会根据适用的法律、法规的要求,储存我们收集到的您的个人信息。

我们在中国大陆地区收集到的您的个人信息将储存在中国大陆地区内。

If you choose not to provide such optional information, it will not affect your registration of a Starbucks Rewards Account, but it may affect your Starbucks Rewards membership experience as well as the relevant benefits and discounts that are available to you pursuant to the Starbucks Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. For example, if you choose not to provide your date of birth, you will not receive the free Birthday Drink Coupon on your Account Anniversary Date after you are upgraded to the Green Level or the Gold Level; if you choose not to provide your email address, you will not receive various types of notifications sent by us via email.
2.Registration of a Starbucks Rewards Account in Starbucks App by Using a Third-Party Platform Account. When you register a Starbucks Rewards Account by using an account registered on a third-party platform (such as Taobao, Alipay or WeChat), we will, subject to your authorization and consent, complete your registration by obtaining from such third-party platform your information and the types of information we collect will depend on the settings of such third-party platform, which include your username, profile picture, user identifier on such third-party platform, date of birth, mobile phone number, gender and region that you have saved under such third-party platform account. When you register a Starbucks Rewards Account with an Apple ID, we will obtain the name and email address saved under such Apple ID. In the absence of any of the above information, we may further collect such information from you in the method described in the foregoing paragraph as if you were registering directly through Starbucks App. If you choose not to authorize such collection of your information, you may still register a Starbucks Rewards Account directly through Starbucks App.
3.Association of a Starbucks Rewards Account with a Third-Party Platform Account in Starbucks App. If you have registered a Starbucks Rewards Account and intend to associate it with an account registered on a third-party platform (such as Taobao, Alipay or WeChat), we will, subject to your authorization and consent, obtain from such third-party platform the username, profile picture, user identifier on such third-party platform, date of birth, mobile phone number, gender and region that you have saved under such third-party platform account. If you associate your Starbucks Rewards Account with an Apple ID, we will obtain your name and email address saved under such Apple ID. If you choose not to associate your Starbucks Rewards Account with a third-party platform account, your Starbucks Rewards membership will not be affected, but you will not be able to accumulate Stars in your Starbucks Rewards Account for any Starbucks Products and/or Services you purchase through such third-party platform.
4.Browsing and Use of Starbucks App. When you browse and use Starbucks App, we will collect (i) information from the service log of your device, such as IP address, (ii) information about your Internet service provider, operating system, version of the App, links used to access Starbucks App, URL of webpages you visit, specific services and features you browse or use), language used, date and time of the visit; and (iii) relevant information on your device (including the list of applications installment and IDFV). Additionally, the SDK embedded in the Starbucks App will also collect the relevant device information. The details of such information collection are set forth in Appendix I - Third-Party SDKs Description.
5.Use of “Starbucks Delivers” Online Ordering Services through Starbucks App. When you place an order online with “Starbucks Delivers” through Starbucks App, we will collect the name, mobile phone number and delivery address of you or your designated recipient, as well as your order information, information of the Starbucks Gift Card you use and your precise geographic location (subject to your authorization and consent).
6.Use of “Starbucks Now” Online Mobile Order and Pick-up Services through Starbucks App. When you place an order online with “Starbucks Now” through Starbucks App, we will collect your order information, the pickup store, information of the Starbucks Gift Card you use and your precise geographic location (subject to your authorization and consent).
7.Purchase of Starbucks Products through “Online Coffee Mall” (咖啡生活馆) on Starbucks App. When you purchase Starbucks Products through “Online Coffee Mall” in Starbucks App, we will collect the name, mobile phone number and delivery address of you or your designated recipient, as well as your order information, information of the Starbucks Gift Card you use and your precise geographic location (subject to your authorization and consent).
8.Purchase or Acceptance of Cards and Coupons or Other Merchandise through Starbucks App. When you purchase and/or accept prepaid cards or coupons through Starbucks App, we will collect the names of the cards or coupons you purchase and/or accept, the dates of such purchases and/or acceptances, the information of the cards or coupons you use and your username.
9.Request for Tax Invoices through Starbucks App. When you request for tax invoices through Starbucks App, we will collect the invoice title, email address and other optional information (including mobile phone number, address, telephone, bank name and account number) that you provide.
10.Use of Certain Features or Experience of Certain Effects through Starbucks App. When you use certain features or experience certain effects through Starbucks App, we will collect the relevant sensor information from your device. 1.Join Starbucks WeCom Group or Add Starbucks WeCom Account to Contacts. When you join a Starbucks WeCom Group or add a Starbucks WeCom Account to your contacts, we will obtain your WeCom ID (i.e. External UserID), UnionID, nickname and alias used in the group chat through the WeCom platform.

(4) Third-Party SDKs: Third-party SDKs are embedded in Starbucks Apps and Starbucks WeChat Mini Program to provide and optimize our services. Such third-party SDKs collect your Personal Information when helping us provide comprehensive services to you. All such information will be transmitted on a de-identified basis. We will take necessary measures to control the collection and use of your Personal Information by such third-party SDKs to effectively protect your Personal Information. Please refer to Appendix I – Third-Party SDKs Description attached hereto for the identities of third parties, the types of SDKs, the types of collected Personal Information and the purposes of collection and links to the third parties’ privacy policies, etc.
2. In order to comply with applicable laws and regulations and to protect the rights, property or safety of you or other Starbucks customers, Starbucks and its employees, we may provide your Personal Information to government agencies, regulators and law enforcement authorities.
Transfer of Information
Starbucks will not transfer your Personal Information we collect to third parties without your prior consent. However, if Starbucks is otherwise involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale or restructuring, Starbucks may transfer your Personal Information to the parties involved in such transaction. If such event occurs, we will require the parties that receive and possess your Personal Information to continue to abide by this Policy. Prior to transferring your Personal Information, we will send you a proper notice containing the names and contact details of the receiving parties and will ensure that your Personal Information will be protected in manners consistent with this Policy. If the receiving parties change the purpose or method of processing your Personal Information, we will require that the relevant data receiving parties obtain your separate consent again.
Disclosure of Information
We will disclose your Personal Information to the extent as permitted by the applicable laws and regulations if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to respond to a public health emergency or otherwise necessary to protect the lives, health and property of Starbucks customers, the public or Starbucks employees in an emergency.
Protection of Minors
Starbucks cares about and strives to protect the privacy of individuals under the age of 18 (the “Minors”) and does not intend to collect the Personal Information of Minors. However, we are unable to identify the age of the users in certain circumstances because date of birth is not mandatory information to be provided to us for users to use Starbucks Products and/or Services. Therefore, Minors shall neither register an account (including a Starbucks Rewards Account) nor provide us with their Personal Information such as their names, addresses or telephone numbers, etc.
What Communications Will a Member of Starbucks Rewards Program Receive?
If you are a member of Starbucks Rewards Program, in order to effectively run the Starbucks Rewards Program and protect your rights and benefits in your MSR Card and Starbucks Rewards Account, we will send you communications related to your MSR Card and Starbucks Rewards Account and/or exclusive to Starbucks Rewards members (please refer to Starbucks Rewards Program Terms and Conditions for detailed information) (“Starbucks Rewards Communications”). If you are not willing to receive Starbucks Rewards Communications, please apply to cancel your Starbucks Rewards Account in accordance with the terms and conditions that you accepted when registering your Starbucks Rewards Account.
If you are a member of Starbucks Rewards Program, you are entitled to choose through the Starbucks China Official Website or Starbucks App whether to receive the communications (including promotional information regarding the Starbucks Products and/or Services) from Starbucks or Starbucks’ suppliers other than the Starbucks Rewards Communications.
If you do not wish to receive such communications, please log into your Starbucks Rewards Account on Starbucks China Official Website or Starbucks App to set your “Communications Subscription Preference”. As to the Starbucks China Official Website, please manage your preferences through “My Account” – “Profile” – “Settings”; as to the Starbucks App, please enable or disable the “Privilege Notification” through “Me” - “Settings” - “Notification and Privacy” – “Subscribe” to manage the notifications regarding member rewards or new promotions. If you disable these notification features, you will not receive further notifications of member rewards or new promotions, but you may continue to receive Starbucks Rewards Communications to secure your rights and benefits.
How Can You Autonomously Manage Personalized Promotions?
In order to provide you with more convenient, better quality and purpose-fitting services, we will provide personalized displays and recommendations of relevant products, services or promotions in the Starbucks Products and/or Services through algorithm based on your Personal Information (for example, the recommendations that are tailored to your preferences on the splash screen of Starbucks App, the pop-up window on the homepage and content spot at the top of the homepage of Starbucks App, as well as in certain sections in Starbucks App, including “Making each day rewarding” and “Inbox”, and provide coupons and other promotion information through text messages and in-site message push, “Personalized Promotions”).
In the realization process of the above-mentioned Personalized Promotions, we might, based on the information and transaction behavior of your purchase and usage of Starbucks Products and/or Services, including your Starbucks Reward Program information, transaction information in your Starbucks Reward Account, and other relevant information regarding the use of Starbucks Products and/or Services (such as browsing history), conduct comprehensive statistics, analysis and understand your preferences through information system and algorithm, etc., and eventually realize the Personalized Promotion based on your preferences.
You can autonomously manage the Personalized Promotions. If you do not wish to receive the Personalized Promotions, you can disable these features by tapping the “Personalized Push” button through “Me” - “Settings” - “Notification and Privacy” - “Personalized Notification” in Starbucks App. After such features are disabled, we will no longer show you any personalized content or recommendation based on your preferences on the relevant pages or sections in Starbucks App, and we will only display generic content or recommendation that is not tailored to your preferences on such pages or sections.
How Can You Access and/or Modify Your Personal Information?
You may access and edit your Personal Information following the below instructions:
Starbucks China Official Website: You may access or edit your Personal Information through “My Account” - “Profile” - “Personal”.
Starbucks App: You may access or edit your Personal Information by tapping your profile picture through “Me”.
Starbucks WeChat Mini Program: You may access or edit your addresses or invoice titles and access other Personal Information you registered by tapping “My”.
You may further provide the date of birth after the registration is completed. The date of birth submitted by you will be final and cannot be edited in order to enable you to enjoy the benefits and discounts available to you in accordance with Starbucks Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
Members of Starbucks Rewards Program shall only be able to edit their username on Starbucks China Official Website and Starbucks App once.
For any other Starbucks events in which you participate, the types of information which you may access and edit and the methods for such access and edits should be subject to the terms and conditions that you have agreed to when you participated in such events.
How Can You Obtain A Copy of Your Personal Information?
You have the right to obtain a copy of your Personal Information. If you need a copy of your Personal Information collected by us, you can obtain it through “Me” - “Settings” - “Notification and Privacy” - “Personal Information Export”, and you can also contact us at any time through “Online Chat” in Starbucks App or via the contact details set forth in “Questions and Feedback” in this Policy. Under the premises that such request is in compliance with applicable laws and is technically feasible, we will provide a copy of your Personal Information to you upon your request.
How Can You Delete Your Personal Information or Cancel Your Account?
You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information if: (1) we no longer provide products or services to you; (2) we have no lawful basis for collecting your Personal Information or you withdraw your consent; (3) we process your Personal Information in violation of our agreement with you; (4) you cancel your account; or (5) we violate provisions of laws or regulations in collecting or using your Personal Information. You may contact us and have your information removed with the help of our customer services through “Online Chat” in Starbucks App or via the contact details set forth in “Questions and Feedback” in this Policy.
If you wish to cancel your account, you may tap “Delete Account” button through “Me” – “Settings” – “Account and Security” and submit the account cancellation application. You may also contact us via the contact details set forth in “Questions and Feedback” in this Policy and have your account cancelled with the help of our customer services. After you cancel the account, we will remove or anonymize your Personal Information, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
How Can You Withdraw Your Consent?
With respect to your Personal Information we collected based on your consent, you may grant or withdraw your authorization or consent at any time. You may change the scope of your authorization to us to further collect your Personal Information or withdraw your authorization by removing information, disabling device functions or contacting us via the contact details described in “Questions and Feedback” of this Privacy Policy. You may also fully withdraw your entire authorization to us to further collect your Personal Information by cancelling your account. How Long Will Your Personal Information Be Stored?

Where Is Your Personal Information Stored?
Your Personal Information that we collect in mainland China will be stored in mainland China.
To manage our global businesses and maintain the level of our services, we will, only to the extent necessary and subject to the compliance with applicable laws and regulations, transfer the Personal Information we collect to countries and regions outside of mainland China, and/or allow the Personal Information stored in mainland China to be accessed by countries and regions outside of mainland China.
